Haru Moment at Etihad, Bernardo Silva Released Like a Legend by Man City and Aston Villa Players
Gilabola.com – Pep Guardiola’s tears finally shed at the Etihad Stadium. Not because of the result of the match, but when Bernardo Silva walked off the field for the last time as a Manchester City player.
The moment felt even more emotional when all the Aston Villa players stood up to give a guard of honor to the Portuguese midfielder.
Silva is playing his last match with City before his contract expires next June. Before kick-off started, the 33 year old player was seen holding back tears as he came out onto the pitch.
The atmosphere in the stadium turned emotional.
In the 58th minute, Guardiola pulled Silva out. The entire stadium immediately stood up and gave a long applause. Not only City supporters and players, Unai Emery’s Aston Villa squad also paid their respects.
Silva seemed to have difficulty hiding his emotions when receiving this welcome.
During his nine years in Manchester, Silva emerged as one of the most important players in City’s glorious era. He made more than 450 appearances and helped the club win 19 major trophies.
He managed to win six Premier League titles, the Champions League and two FA Cups with The Citizens.
Silva’s new career also seems to be heading towards Spain. A report from MARCA says Atletico Madrid is in pole position to get his signature.
Diego Simeone’s club is said to see Silva as the ideal figure to replace Antoine Griezmann, who has reportedly reached an agreement with MLS club Orlando City.
Atletico is even ready to provide a large signing bonus to secure the transfer.
Previously, Juventus also tried to bring in Silva. The Italian club is said to have offered a salary of 8 million euros per season or around Rp. 141 billion per year, plus a contract until 2028. However, their negotiations were not successful.
Last April, Silva actually announced his decision to leave City via an emotional message.
He admitted that he came to Manchester nine years ago only carrying the dream of a little boy who wanted to be successful in football. But according to him, City gave him much more than he ever imagined.
Silva also recalled a series of great achievements with the club, starting from the Centurions era, treble winners, to four consecutive league titles.
In that message, he also thanked City fans who have continued to support him over the years. Silva emphasized that he will always be a Manchester City supporter for life.
He also conveyed special greetings to Guardiola, the coaching staff and all his teammates who accompanied him on his long journey at the Etihad.
Gilabola.com Opinion
Bernardo Silva may not always be the main face of Manchester City, but his influence in the Guardiola era is enormous. The reaction of the Aston Villa players who took part in paying their respects shows how much respect the world of football has for him. Not all players get that kind of farewell.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
